quality manual and procedures
The document structure of the quality management system model has two levels: the quality manual, and the operating procedures and work instructions. The standard ISO 9001:2000 requires only 6 documented procedures. The additional procedures contained in this quality system model provide samples of processes or activities to meet the requirements of the standard, and it is up to the discretion of the organization to document and implement these processes/activities/procedures, or just to implement them.
Forming part of the procedures are 70 control forms which assist personnel with carrying out established procedures/processes/activities, providing at the same time required evidence of compliance with requirements.
All documents contained in the quality management system model are available in MSWord format (*.doc) for convenient on-line editing, using your word processor.

The Quality Manual is structured according to the clauses of ISO 9001:2000
